Terms

All sales are check, cash, Visa or M/C at time of pick up or delivery. Credit arrangements can be made for customers who have developed a positive history purchasing from Mack Bros. Landscape Nursery.

Prices

This price list cancels all previous offerings. Prices are based on current market conditions F.O.B. Mack Bros. Landscape Nursery, and are subject to change without notice.

Discounts

A 5% discount will be given on cash sales over $500 and 10% on cash sales over $1000 picked up at the Nursery. Currently the volume discount only applies to shrubs, azaleas, camellias, junipers, groundcovers, vines, perennials, trees and palms. Seasonal annuals, sod, mulches and soils not included.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $25 returned check charge on all returned checks, if the face value does not exceed $50, $30 if the face amount exceeds $50, but does not exceed $300, or $40 if the face value exceeds $300 or 5% of the check's face value, whichever is greater.

Delivery Service

We offer a complete delivery service nationwide. There is a minimum $30 local delivery fee that may increase based on size and destination of payload.

Demurrage

It is the customers responsibility to be prepared to unload the shipment in a reasonable amount of time. If adequate help is not furnished or unreasonable delay occurs, a $50 per hour fee will be charged to cover truck driver's time.

Restock Fee

Material returned to the nursery must be in original condition as when purchased with original invoice. A 10% fee will be assessed on all materials returned.

Will Call Orders

A 100% deposit is required on all orders to be held for future delivery or pick up. A firm date must be met or the deposit will be forfeited and the plants will return to inventory for sale.

Warranty

We give no warranty as to the productivity or longevity of our nursery stock. We warranty our stock to be true to description or variety name under which it is sold. Liability is limited to that of the purchase price.

Wholesale Sales Policy

Any person or entity who does not follow under the following titles of landscape/lawn maintenance companies, nurserymen or active building contractors with current licenses on file is not subject to wholesale pricing and is considered a retail customer.
